Hello Beechwood Neighbors,

Annual residential fees are due. The dues are $50 per household.

We collect about $1500 per year and spend the same, (3 light poles, property tax and insurance on the lake) and we have a balance of about $1,800.00 in our account, a bit higher than normal due to a record high collection of dues in 2024.
